If for some reason you have changed your mind, we accept returns - except earrings due to hygienic reasons . For a product to be eligible for return, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Please contact us within 15 calendar days of the delivery date with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning your pieces. Please email info@lucky13official.com and one of our team members will get back to you with next steps.

We do not accept exchanges.
