All LUCKY13 sterling silver, brass and stainless steel pieces are rhodium plated or 18k gold plated, which gives them a strong protective layer and reduces long-term tarnishing. With that being said, it's normal that all types of jewelry can experience wear and tear over time.
To keep your jewelry shiny for a long time and prevent tarnishing, we recommend:
- Avoid Chemicals (especially perfume and hand cream)
- Store your jewelry in our protective pouch (included in all of our orders)
- Wipe with a soft cloth
- Avoid Sweat
- Remove your jewelry before sleeping to avoid any accidents that can damage your pieces
- Avoid Showering with your jewelry on
- Before putting your jewelry on wait for your face/hand cream and perfume to dry
